Cancellations Policy

Any request for cancellation must be sent to the Secretariat by email (sevillacongresos2@viajeseci.es) in accordance with the following policy:

  • From January 31, 2018 to July 15, 2018, any cancellation will have a cost of 50, 00 € for administrative reasons.
  • From July 16, 2018 to September 31, 2018, the reimbursement will be a 50% of the registration fees.
  • From September 1, 2018 to October 15, 2018, there is no reimbursement.
  • Refunds will be processed after the conference.
