Cancellations Policy

Any request must be sent to the Technical Secretariat by email (sevillacongresos2@viajeseci.es) in accordance with the following policy:

From November 15, 2016 to December 1, 2016, any cancellation will have a cost of 50.00 € for administrative reasons
From December 1, 2016 to January 31, 2016, any cancellation will be a 50% of the registration fee
Up to February 1, 2016 in advance, there is no reimbursement.
